  • The Netzsch NM021by01l06b connecting Rod Group consists of connecting rod, universal joint,coupling rod, guide bush, rubber rings, and a rubber sheath, connecting rod pin, retaining sleeve,steel wire rings, drive shaft, etc.
  • The connecting Rod Group is in addition to withstanding not only the force of drive shaft, but also to bear the force of its own swinging longitudinal and transverse, the size and direction of these forces are cyclical, so the connecting rods are subjected to alternating loads such as compression and stretching.The size and direction of these forces are cyclical, so the connecting rods are subjected to force of compression, stretching and so on.

  • The progressing cavity pump connecting rod is used to connect the drive shaft and the rotor , and transmit the actuator force to the rotor, thus driving the rotor to rotate the motion.     Material of connecting rod:

Traditionally, the materials used in the process of connecting rod are 304, 316L, 40Cr, 2Cr13, 2205, 904L and so on.
